Refund & Cancellation Policy for Cloud Encyclopedia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At Cloud Encyclopedia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. To ensure a fair and satisfactory experience for all of our customers, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:

 

    1. Cancellation Policy:

      • Orders for digital products, such as software, may be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase, as long as the product has not been downloaded or installed.
      • Cancellation of custom solution can not be honored, no refund will be issued in such case.

       

    2. Refund Policy:

      • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been downloaded, installed, or used.
      • Refunds for digital products will be issued only if the product is defective or does not meet the advertised specifications, and will be subject to the discretion of Cloud Encyclopedia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
      • Handling fees(if any) are non-refundable.

       

    3. Exchange Policy:

      • No Exchange can opt for digital services. In case you need assistance our customer service team will assist you with the solution.

       

    4. Payment partners:

      • We accept payments via Paypal, Razorpay & Direct Bank Transfer(NEFT, RTGS IMPS, UPI). Specific payment partners can collect relevant information for processing payments. Payment Partner Terms & Conditions apply.
